WORLD RECORD EVENT LAUSITZRING - SEPTEMBER 22 - 24, 2023
The Swissperformance World Record Event - "FIM Short Distance World Record with Flying Start" - measuring track with light barrier 1/4 mile - at the Lausitzring in Germany is the first of its kind in Europe. The professional and proven infrastructure on site guarantees a safe and professional event.
For the participants - drivers and spectators - the event will be a unique experience, as unlike events abroad, the spectators will be able to be up close to the races, making the Swissperformance World Record Event a unique experience for both drivers and spectators.
The venue in Europe makes it possible for teams from Europe with more modest budgets to take part, as the costs for travel, technical infrastructure and accommodation costs are a fraction of those for events outside Europe.
After a successful first edition, the event is to be established and continuously expanded as a regular annual European event and as a counterweight to overseas events.
